L'Efsa stabilisce i quantitativi di proteine per la popolazione

L'Autorità per la sicurezza alimentare europea ha pubblicato un documento con i valori di riferimento delle proteine per: adulti, lattanti, bambini e donne in gravidanza o allattamento. Il gruppo di esperti ritiene che l’assunzione di proteine in Europa sia adeguata.
